Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy
The FMR Online Course is a digital educational product. Once payment is successfully processed and access to the course has been granted, all sales are final.

2. No Refund After Course Access
No refund, cancellation, or transfer of fees will be permitted once:
• Course access has been activated.
• Any lecture, downloadable resource, or course material has been accessed or downloaded.
• Login credentials have been issued to the registered participant.

3. Refund Before Course Access
If payment has been made but course access has not been activated, refund requests may be considered within 24 hours of payment, subject to verification by Prosthoshala. If approved, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, and administrative fees.

4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, our support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Technical problems that can be resolved through support do not qualify for a refund.

5. Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate or accidental payments made for the same course will be refunded after verification.

6. Live Sessions & Mentorship
If the course includes live sessions, webinars, or mentorship, failure to attend scheduled sessions does not entitle the participant to a refund, extension, or compensation unless otherwise communicated by Prosthoshala.

7. Course Modifications
Prosthoshala reserves the right to update, modify, reorganize, or improve the course content, faculty, schedule, or learning resources at any time to enhance the educational experience. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Account Sharing
Course access is provided exclusively to the registered participant. Sharing login credentials or distributing course content without authorization may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the timelines of the respective payment gateway or financial institution.

10. Acceptance of Policy
By enrolling in the FMR Online Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions of Prosthoshala.

The Full Mouth Rehabilitation (FMR) Online Course is a digital educational program. As course access is provided immediately after successful enrollment, participants are advised to review the course details carefully before making a purchase. Enrollment confirms acceptance of this refund policy.

1. Booking Confirmation
Your mentorship session is confirmed only after successful payment and scheduling.

2. No Refund Policy
All mentorship session bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, as dedicated time is reserved exclusively for you.

3. Rescheduling
Participants may request to reschedule their session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to mentor availability.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend the scheduled session ("No Show") will result in the session being considered utilized and no refund or replacement session will be provided.

4. Cancellation by Prosthoshala
If a session is cancelled by Prosthoshala due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:
• A mutually convenient rescheduled session, or
• A full refund of the session fee.

5. Late Joining
Participants joining late may utilize only the remaining scheduled session time. Sessions will not be extended beyond the allotted duration.

6. Technical Issues
If technical issues arise from the participant's internet connection, device, or software, the session will continue as scheduled and will not qualify for a refund.
If the issue is from Prosthoshala's end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

7. Session Validity
Purchased mentorship hours must be utilized within the validity period of the selected plan. Any unused hours remaining after the validity period will automatically expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Acceptance of Policy
By booking a one-to-one mentorship session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions of Prosthoshala.

One-to-one mentorship is a personalized educational service with time reserved specifically for each participant. Therefore, all bookings are non-refundable, except where a session is cancelled by Prosthoshala or in the case of verified duplicate payments. We recommend booking only after confirming your availability.

This training involves dedicated preparation and time allocation by the mentor. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the slot is reserved exclusively for you.

2. No Refund Policy
All payments for the CBCT Analysis & Implant Planning training are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or changes in personal circumstances once the booking is finalized.

3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Approval is subject to the mentor's availability. Requests made within 48 hours of the session will not be entertained, and the session will be marked as completed.

4. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. No replacement session or refund will be provided for no-shows.

5. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and the necessary software for the session. Technical issues on the participant's end do not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.

6. Acceptance of Policy

2. No Refund Policy
All payments for Thesis & Short Study Analysis services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once the payment is processed and the project work has commenced.

3. Scope of Work
The analysis is provided based on the data and requirements shared by the participant. Any changes in the scope of work or additional requirements requested after the project has started may incur extra charges and will not be grounds for a refund.

4. Revisions
We aim for accuracy and quality in our analysis. Reasonable revisions within the original scope of work may be provided at the discretion of Prosthoshala, but these do not entitle the participant to a refund.

5. Project Delays
While we strive to meet agreed-upon timelines, delays caused by incomplete data submission or unforeseen technical complexities do not qualify for a refund.

Due to the personalized and intellectual nature of the work, all payments are strictly non-refundable once the service has been initiated. Please ensure all project details are finalized before making a payment.

1. Initial Consultation Fee
Any fees paid for initial case assessment, consultation, or treatment planning discussions are non-refundable, as they cover the professional time of our specialists.

2. Project Confirmation
A project is considered confirmed only after the full payment (or agreed-upon deposit) is received. Work on the digital design will only begin after payment confirmation.

3. No Refund After Project Commencement
Once the digital design process has started, no refunds will be issued. This is due to the personalized nature of the service and the professional time already invested.

4. Client Responsibilities
The clinician is responsible for providing high-quality intraoral scans (STL) and CBCT data (DICOM). Any delays or errors caused by poor-quality data are the responsibility of the client.

5. Design Approval & Revisions
We provide one round of revisions based on initial feedback. Once the final design is approved by the clinician, no further changes can be made without additional charges.

6. 3D Printed Products
For services involving 3D printed surgical guides or models, these are custom-made medical devices. Once printed, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Prosthoshala is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

8. Cancellation
If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be issued minus a 15% administrative and payment gateway fee.

9. Clinical Responsibility
The final surgical or restorative outcome is the sole responsibility of the treating clinician. Prosthoshala provides planning support, but the clinical execution remains with the doctor.
